ReplyDeleteAND yay Taylor Mali. He is so awesome. I saw him perform a few years ago and if you ever get the change, I totally recommend it.
Happy reading, Beth! :-D
The Taylor Mali book and his performance looks great. Sounds like the perfect book for a teacher!
ReplyDeleteI just picked up Pandemonium and it will be the next book I read. Glad to hear you loved it.
And yes to The Fault in Our Stars! One of my all-time favorites too. I read it and listened the the John Green narrated audiobook. But I would also like to listen to the non-John Green audio for comparison.
Happy reading!
I can't wait to read Pandemonium and The Fault in Our Stars. I keep hearing wonderful things about both books! I hope that you enjoy your new books!

That's a great video. I've seen it before and almost every time I see the word "definitely" written I think of the video! That's cool that he wrote a book! I'll have to check it out. And I have not read The Phantom Tollbooth, but I really need to! And I still have to read Delirium, too! Great haul! And thanks so much for stopping by my blog! ;) Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteGreat set! Yay for John Green's book. I've always meant to read Phantom Tollbooth.

ReplyDeleteI totally blanked when I saw Pandemonium. It has that effect on me, despite the fact that I just bought it myself *LOL*

Hi Beth, you seem to have great finds this week. Like you, I also make an almost weekly-pilgrimage to our used bookstore here in Singapore, and I get rewarded on occasion. What Teachers Make sounds like the perfect book I can recommend for my teacher-students here in Singapore, so I should definitely check that one out. I have the Phantom Tollbooth which I also got from a book bargain sale here, but haven't gotten around to reading it yet. Your loot here reminded me that I should get around to reading that soon!
